TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All volunteers must be aged 18 years or older.
- The acceptance and rejection of the volunteering application will be at the sole discretion of the festival committee.
- Once accepted as the volunteer, he/she has to behave with maturity and has to understand their sense of responsibility towards the assigned duties.
- The main mode of communication between festival management, organisers and volunteers will be emails
- Every volunteer should be available to revert to all the emails within 24 hours.
- They should be able to take calls in the case of urgency.
- All selected volunteers should be available for training 3 DAYS prior the main event.
- Once selected, all the volunteers have to sign the undertaking.
- Lunch will be provided to the volunteers but it is advised to carry some snacks and water with them to the venue.
- In case of the outstation volunteers, they have to make their own arrangements of stay and travel.
- There is no financial remuneration for volunteering but we will be providing the letter of recommendation and the certificate of appreciation.
